Since its founding in April of 2019, Black Men United has been making efforts to clean the streets, neighborhoods, and parks of cities in New Jersey. Working with various community organizations, mutual-aid groups, and volunteers, Black Men United has organized more than 25 community clean ups in NJ. Occasionally during clean ups, B.M.U. brothers and volunteers serve the people by distributing mutual-aid care packages (food, toiletries, Co-vid 19 essentials) to the people. Our goal is to foster a deeper development of unity and accountability through a consistent display of communal action.
